Conditions of Sale
The Conditions of sale contained in this document are those under which the Gibraltar National Mint Limited supply any of the products advertised from time to time or listed in our website and ordered by you. Please read the Conditions of sale carefully as they will form the basis of our contract with you.

3. Your Status
By placing an order with us you warrant that:
(i) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (ii) You represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have obtained the consent from the cardholder.
4. The contract between you and us
4.1 After placing an order via the website, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.
4.2 Your order constitutes an offer by you to us to purchase a product(s). Your offer is deemed to be accepted by us at the time we take payment for the product(s) or at the time we despatch the products you have ordered to the delivery address that you have provided, whichever is the earlier. The contract between us will only be formed when we take payment from you for the product(s) purchased or at the time of despatch, whichever is the earlier.
4.3 We will not be obliged to supply any products that form part of your order until we have taken payment for such products.
5. Availability and Delivery
5.1 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time prior to despatch.
5.2 We will endeavor to despatch within 21 days of the date of your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If we are unable to despatch your order within 21 days, we will notify you in writing of the delay.
5.3 You will receive, by email, a Despatch Confirmation Advice as soon as your order has been despatched.
5.4 We reserve the right to change any packaging material used and to vary the costs of any packaging materials as may be reasonably necessary.
5.5 Please note that whilst we try to display the colour and design of our products accurately on our website, the actual colour and/or design you will see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour or design will accurately reflect the colour or design of the products on delivery.
5.6 You shall notify us within 40 days of the advised despatch date or the date of the debit of your payment for the products, whichever is the latest, in the event of non-receipt by you of the products.
6. Price and Payment
6.1 Subject to clause 6.2 below, the price of any product purchased via our website will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error (being a manifest or typographical error). Delivery costs are shown separately on our website. Where you are purchasing products for delivery outside of Gibraltar, you will be responsible for payment of any and all sales taxes and import duties or equivalent, in connection with the sale, importing and delivery of the products, due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the products are ordered and/or delivered.
6.2 Prices are liable to change at any time because of fluctuations in raw material price and changes in delivery charges, but changes will not affect orders for any products for which we have already sent you a despatch confirmation.
6.3 You can pay for products ordered via the website in full by credit or debit card.
7. Risk and Title
The products will be at your risk from the time of receipt by you. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of any and all products ordered by you from us which have been delivered or which a despatch confirmation has been issued to you.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time within seven days of our contract or at any time within seven days beginning on the day after you received the product(s), whichever is the longer. You will receive a full refund of the full original price paid. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us and this cannot be refunded unless the products are confirmed by us to be damaged or sub-standard.
8.2 To cancel a contract you must inform us in writing detailing the reason for the cancellation and you must also return the products immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, to:

8.3 Products must be returned with proof of purchase and your name, address and contact details.
8.4 Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day you cancelled your order and returned the products to us.
8.5 We will usually refund any money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase but we reserve the right to refund you by any other reasonable means.

8.7 Whilst the products are in your possession you are expected to take all reasonable care.
We keep the details you provide confidential and will use them to administer your order which may also include checking your details with any credit reference agency and to other persons for credit vetting or fraud prevention. From time to time we may keep you informed of information about other products that may be of interest to you.

11.1 You may not assign the contract or any part of it without our prior written consent.
11.2 We will have no liability to you if we are prevented from, or delayed in, performing our obligations under these terms by anything outside our reasonable control.
11.3 We have the right to revise and amend these conditions of sale from time to time by posting revised conditions of sale on the website. The revised conditions of sale will apply in respect of any order for products made 24 hours or more after we have posted them on our website.
11.4 The contract will be governed by the Laws of Gibraltar. Any dispute arising from, or related to, this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
11.5 Any orders weighing more than 2kg will carry an additional charge and must be processed manually by the sales team. Clients will be notified automatically should their order exceed the weight limit and will then be asked to contact the sales team to proceed with their order.
